Make Progress Visible: Improving Methods with Execution Data

Every run leaves a trace. Look back at these traces and you will see where a flow stalls and where you are getting faster.

01. Each run adds one record

Finish a flow in step-by-step mode and its timing and completions are logged automatically. No extra paperwork—the execution itself is the data.

02. Find bottlenecks in the traces

The review dashboard aggregates duration and misses across runs: which step always overruns, which one is often skipped? Bottlenecks hide in recurring patterns—you can only improve what you can see.

03. Confirm growth with trends

Execution heatmaps and weekly reports turn invisible effort into visible curves. Streak badges and shrinking durations are feedback for persistence—they ground every optimization in evidence instead of feelings.

04. Write discoveries back into the flow

The point of review is not the report but the method itself. Rewrite a step that is unclear; merge steps that belong together. An SOP gets closer to you with every cycle of run, review, and revise.
